We provide business intelligence insights on the condition that users act in good faith. Unauthorized scraping, automated harvesting, or attempts to reverse-engineer our predictive modeling structures are strictly prohibited and monitored through our digital security layer.
Usage of our consulting outputs is limited to the specific legal entity defined during procurement. Redistribution of high-signal intelligence to third-party competitors constitutes a breach of structural integrity and terminates all service obligations immediately.
The Architecture of Ownership
Every visualization, code snippet, and model architecture presented here is the intellectual property of Bosporus Data Logic. We do not grant ownership of our underlying logic—only a non-exclusive license to act upon the insights generated.

While our business intelligence reports are built on rigorous evidentiary standards, they do not constitute financial or investment advice. Bosporus Data Logic is not liable for market fluctuations or business decisions made based on predictive models. All forecasts are statistical probabilities, not certainties.
System Integrity
We maintain 99.9% uptime for our client dashboards but do not guarantee uninterrupted access during critical infrastructure updates or unforeseen upstream data provider outages. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from local hardware failures on the user side.
Consulting Scope
Professional services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW). These website terms supplement such agreements but do not override specific confidentiality clauses or non-disclosure agreements handled during the onboarding phase in Istanbul.
Termination of Access
"We reserve the right to restrict or terminate digital access to our portal for entities found in violation of Istanbul’s cybersecurity protocols or commercial ethics."
Changes to these terms are effective upon publishing. Continued use of our analytics suite signifies acceptance of active revisions.
